Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using Code Handoff, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the software. These terms are between you and Fluxcode Studio LLC ("we", "us", "our").

What You're Getting

Code Handoff is a macOS desktop application that syncs your Claude Code configuration and context across multiple Macs using your own cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or iCloud). It includes:

• The code-handoff CLI tool
• A menubar helper app
• A background sync daemon
• Access to future updates at no additional cost

License

When you purchase Code Handoff, we grant you a perpetual, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software, subject to these terms:

• Device limit: You may activate the software on up to 3 Macs at a time. You can deactivate a device and activate a new one via the device dashboard.
• Personal use: The license is for your personal use. You may not share your license key with others.
• Updates: Your license includes all future updates to Code Handoff at no additional cost.

What You Can't Do

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software or your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software for any illegal purpose
• Use automated tools to circumvent the activation system

Pricing and Payment

Code Handoff is a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees. Payment is processed by Polar. We do not store your payment details.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Code Handoff for any reason, contact us at support@codehandoff.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Upon refund, your license key will be revoked and the software will stop syncing after the next validation check.

Intellectual Property

Code Handoff is owned by Fluxcode Studio LLC. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Code Handoff is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of Anthropic.

Your Data

Code Handoff syncs your data through your own cloud storage account. Your Claude conversations and configuration files never pass through our servers. For full details on what we do and don't collect, see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Code Handoff is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all system configurations. Cloud sync depends on your cloud provider's availability and your network connection.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxcode Studio LLC's total liability for any claims arising from your use of Code Handoff is limited to the amount you paid for the software ($9.99).

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
